Transfer Admissions

Become a Cardinal!

The transfer application process is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Complete an application. You can use the online application, or download a PDF version, print, complete and mail in.
  2. Request official transcript(s) from every college/university you’ve attended to be sent to the Office of Admissions. You will need transcripts from all institutions, even if you have transferred credits to another institution. Applicants who have earned less than 24 semester hours of college-level work must submit an official high school transcript in addition to college transcript(s)
  3. If accepted, complete the confirmation form included with your acceptance package and mail it back with your fee in the return envelope provided.
Don’t forget to complete and submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Use school code 003578 to have your aid report sent to University of the Incarnate Word.
